Mid-Week Walk - Langdale
Led by Frank Haygarth, the months Mid-Week Walk was a low level walk through Great and Little Langdale starting from Elterwater. Below left shows the group at Elterwater, and below right in Little Langdale (omitting to buy Bill Birkett his thank you pint) Bottom left was taken at Blea Tarn, and bottom right in Cathedral Quarry..


Slide show and Photo Competition - Winning entries Over 100 photographs were submitted for the competition, and apologies had to be given to Joan Abbot whose pictures had been 'mislaid'. The entries were judged by professional photographer, and long standing friend of the club, Jon Allison. The winning entries in each of the four categories are shown below, along with the second and third placed entries.

	2nd - 'Winters evening scene - Green Boat' by Steve Edgar This was also 'The Peoples Choice' winner, voted for by the members attending.
3rd - 'Frozen Pool' by Mick Fox
